Regional Planning in the Autonomous Communities. We analyze the content and tools developed in the laws of autonomous of regional planning, which we can classify into pioneers, and the observed change in the wake of judgment of the constitutional court of the year 1997 that, on the one hand, it forces to the autonomies to legislate the urban issues and, on the one hand it cooperates to the regulation of regional planning together with the urbanism in those communities that still had not done it. In addition, other autonomies seize the opportunity to reform his law of regional planning and, as, like in the previous ones the new norm also contemplates the urbanism. Finally, in the laws reformed in the last years an influence is observed in the autonomous regulation of the Territorial European Strategy and a worry by the landscape and the environmental protection.
ER -
