Esto provocó la presentación de varias Proposiciones de Ley por los Grupos Parlamentarios conservadores y que el Ejecutivo reaccionase dictando las Instrucciones de la Fiscalía General del Estado y de la Secretaría de Estado de Seguridad. En el siguiente trabajo se trata, muy resumidamente, la veracidad de dichas informaciones y la suficiencia de la regulación protectora del patrimonio inmobiliario, con especial referencia a la penal (concretamente a los delitos de allanamiento de morada y de usurpación/ocupación), desde cuya perspectiva se verán los derechos constitucionales en juego: el derecho a la intimidad y a la inviolabilidad del domicilio, el derecho a la propiedad privada y el derecho a la vivienda digna y adecuada.</p><p align="left"> </p>A few months ago, the media insistently published news about the increase in illegal building occupancy in Spain and the ineffectiveness of the regulations in this regard. This caused the presentation of several Law Proposals by conservative Parliamentary Groups and that the Executive react by dictating the Instructions of the State Attorney General’s Office and the Secretary of State for Security.
