Da especial énfasis al derecho a la satisfacción crediticia, pero con la necesidad de imponer límites al desempeño de la actividad jurisdiccional ejecutiva. Aborda la posibilidad de que, por falta de pago de deudas, se determine, en virtud de la Ley Procesal Civil brasileña, la suspensión de la autorización del derecho de conducir del deudor; la retención del pasaporte del imputado, así como la suspensión de su tarjeta de crédito. Concluye de manera detallada destacando la necesidad de establecer límites al uso de medidas ejecutivas atípicas para preservar la dignidad de los ejecutados.</p><p>It deals with atypical executive means in the new Brazilian Civil Procedure Code of 2015. It gives special emphasis to the right to credit satisfaction, but with the need to impose limits on the performance of the executive jurisdictional activity. It addresses the possibility that, due to non-payment of debts, the suspension of the authorization of the debtor's right to drive is determined by virtue of the Brazilian Civil Procedure Law; the retention of the defendant's passport, as well as the suspension of his credit card.
