Abstract

The purpose of the present work was study the effect of different thaw temperatures (5°C during 2 min, 40°C during 10 sec y 65°C during 6 sec ) about the thawed semen ram survival assayed by determination of individual motility, acrosomic integrity and hipoosmotic swelling test. The thaw of semen at 5°C, front to 40°C y 65°C, has unfavorable effect for the noted parameters.
