Resumen

Las tablas normativas constituyen herramientas útiles para la planificación de los entrenamientos y la selección de talentos en el judo. Sin embargo, no se han hallado tablas normativas para menores de 15 años. El objetivo de este trabajo fue describir la aptitud física de judokas Sub 15 de Argentina y generar tablas normativas a partir de las pruebas físicas de máximo tiempo en suspensión con judogi, máximas repeticiones de dominadas, test de salto vertical y Special Judo Fitness Test. Fueron analizados los registros obtenidos durante el año 2019 de 212 judokas de 13 y 14 años para cada prueba física. Se realizaron tablas normativas utilizando una escala por percentiles, clasificando en: muy malo (<5 p); malo (5p a 20 p); regular (21 p a 80 p); bueno (81 p a 95 p) excelente (≥96 p). Los resultados de la investigación proporcionan normas clasificatorias para judokas sub-15 femeninos y masculinos. Se obtuvieron cinco niveles, que podrían utilizarse para clasificar deportistas de judo sub-15.
